Notes: What?! And actual on time ish post?! I know I was surprised too. I actually gained some weight this week, I’m attributing that to some downright delicious food the fiancée prepared, slightly getting off our volumetric-ish diet. Sunday(today) marked the first day of Month 2 Week 1, and 7500 steps neeeded per day. Since I’m already doing 10k per day, it won’t be too much of an issue to hit it.
But if you only needed 5k, why did you aim for 10k every day? Mainly to pad the lead. At 10k per day starting the first month, I am quite literally MILES ahead of anyone in where steps and distance travelled. If there is going to be a prize for most steps, either team or individuals, I’ve set a pace that anyone who isn’t already piling on the extra steps, will have difficulty closing the gap. Especially if I continue my 10k per day. I honestly don’t know where I am in the leaderboards of the challenge, and I won’t have an idea until tomorrow or the next day at work, after all of the log sheets have been turned in and processed, I might not even know until next week!
I feel healthier, like I have more energy. The challenge got me moving, the Garmin VivoFit ( not a sponsor ) got my steps up and up and up, and I’m 1/3 of the way through completing the challenge.
I’ll keep you informed!
